Step 3: After our consultation and you are ready to proceed; submit a one-time non-refundable planning and research fee for the appropriate amount

• 1-4 Travelers: $25 Flat Fee

• 5-9 Travelers: $50 Flat Fee

• 10+ Travelers: $100 Flat Fee

Step 4: Beyond Luxury Travels will start the research and planning process for your getaway and will provide up to 3 travel quotes based on your inquiry + optional consultation.

Step 5: Once you have chosen a package & paid your deposit, we’ll get your vacation booked!
